Lisa B. Iversen, MSW, LCSW Psychotherapy and Consultation
Lisa received her masters in Social Work from the University of Washington in 1992. For eight years, her psychotherapy practice was at Seattle's Presbyterian Counseling Service. Her practice is now in Bellingham. She specializes in loss and grief issues, trauma recovery, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions.
Lisa was first introduced to family constellations in 1998. Since then she has trained with Bert Hellinger and many of his leading students, including Hunter Beaumont, Gunthard Weber, Dietrich Weth, Gabriel Borkan, Berthold Ulsamer, and Heinz Stark. She traveled to Germany in 2001 to be one of 90 students at the first international training for English speakers.
"I've seen Lisa transform a group of people who don't know each other, with different life stories, into a group that is ready and available to support each other's healing. She creates a very safe environment, and is very non-intrusive, very respectful." — Ruth Mathews, Workshop Participant
"Lisa has great respect for the integrity of the process and the individual. She is able to facilitate very deftly without attempting to control the process or outcome." — Luther Allen, Workshop Participant
